Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bangota.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened essential oil or carrier oil bottles cannot be returned.

Damaged, Leaked or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us at bangotainternational@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where the problem is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

For such cases, Bangota will be responsible for the appropriate return shipping arrangements.

Change of Mind & Other Returns

For eligible returns due to change of mind or any other reason not caused by an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The item must be returned unused, unopened, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

The buyer is also responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the eligible original item according to this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not caused by an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For items that are damaged, leaked, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Bangota will arrange the appropriate return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
